Amnon Freudmann
Attorney & Notary · 25 Years of Experience in Israeli Real Estate Law
I have been practising law in Israel for 25 years, with real estate at the centre of my professional practice.
Over the years, I have represented private clients, landowners and developers in a wide range of real estate matters — from residential and commercial transactions to complex land matters, co-ownership arrangements, groups of rights holders, real estate taxation and the registration of property rights.
Before establishing my independent practice, I was a partner and head of the real estate department at a well-established Israeli law firm.
I established my own practice with a clear objective: to combine the experience gained over many years of legal practice with direct, personal involvement in every matter I handle.

Working With Clients in Israel and Abroad
I was born in England and speak English at native level. Throughout my practice, I have represented clients living outside Israel, including property buyers and sellers, landowners and heirs with assets or legal matters in Israel.
Some of these relationships have continued for many years, and I have represented a number of overseas clients for close to two decades. Much of the work can be coordinated remotely, with clear communication throughout.
Long-Term Client Relationships
Many of my clients have worked with me for many years and return as new transactions and legal matters arise. Some overseas clients have been with me for close to 20 years, while investors, developers and other regular clients rely on me on an ongoing basis. These long-term relationships allow me to understand not only the immediate transaction, but also the client’s broader interests, priorities and way of doing business.
Beyond Real Estate
My practice also includes wills and inheritance, enduring powers of attorney, companies and business matters, commercial agreements, ongoing legal advice and notarial services. I also accompany Israeli clients investing in real estate outside Israel, working alongside the relevant local professionals where required.
Community Involvement
I was part of the founding group of the Benji Hillman Foundation, which established HaBayit Shel Benji (Benji’s Home) in Ra’anana — a home for lone soldiers serving in the IDF. For approximately ten years, I served on a voluntary basis as the Foundation’s legal counsel, and I remain involved with the organisation today.
